At Shop AVS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide exceptional service, reliable products, and a fair return process to ensure your experience with us is nothing short of excellent.

Refund Policy

We proudly offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all eligible products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping fees. Before initiating a return, please contact our support team at support@shopavs.com to receive return authorization.

If you received a defective or incorrect item due to an error on our part, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement via upgraded shipping at no extra charge. Refunds are issued using the original payment method and typically take 2–4 weeks, which includes shipping time, return processing, and authorization.

For subscriptions, we require a 30-day notice for cancellation.

Electronic Deliveries

For software delivered digitally, we verify product/license key status with the manufacturer before processing any refunds. Once confirmed that the product hasn’t been used or altered, a full refund will be issued via your original payment method.

Restocking Fees

Certain items may incur a restocking fee:

Open License Orders: 15% restocking fee if already submitted to distribution or fulfilled.
Retail Software Orders: 15% restocking fee once fulfilled.
Antivirus Products: 25% restocking fee once fulfilled.

Shipping Policy

We ship products worldwide, though some restrictions may apply depending on the product and destination. Most orders are processed and shipped the same day, depending on availability.

Ground Shipping: 1–2 business days to process, delivery in 4–10 business days
Express Saver: 1–2 business days to process, delivery in 2–3 business days
Standard Overnight: 1–2 business days to process, next business day delivery
